Complaint

It is so strange to me how little money speaks here.

In the States if I want to get something done, there is always a price.

Here there is an arbitrary list of requirements, but money always seems to be the least important. You have to plead people to be able to give them your business in Paris.

Apparently, all that matters to a lot of bureaucrats and would-be bureaucrats is that I am NOT French.
